STEP 1*
*All details provided by you will be held by Mikutu and used in accordance with our privacy policy.
STEP 2
In order to tailor-make you holiday, you will receive the Mikutu travel questionnaire by e-mail.
You decide:
- We complete the questionnaire together over the phone/online call or
- You fill out the questionnaire by yourself at your own convenience (this will only take around 5 minutes of your time).
STEP 3
Once the questionnaire has been completed, we will be in touch with you with an initial tailor-made holiday proposal.
You provide your feedback.
STEP 4
We will go over the proposed trip with you and will rework the proposal until you’re 100% satisfied.
STEP 5
Once you’re satisfied with the proposal and in order for your booking to be confirmed, we will request a deposit.
STEP 6
We will send you all the details of your holiday (e.g. name and contact details of your private driver (airport) and your guide, confirmation number of the hotel bookings, etc.) closer to your arrrival.
The balance of your payment is due 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
STEP 7
Your holiday starts!
We will always be there for you during your holiday, either by our personal presence, through the services of our excellent guides on the ground or by phone 24/7.
